On the evening of September 27th, at the Natrona County High School Auditorium in Casper, Caroline was crowned Miss Wyoming Teen USA 2010. "My knees shook and my heart raced with excitement as i realized my life would be forever changed.”
Caroline is a senior at East High school in Cheyenne and will graduate in May of 2010. She is a serious student and stays very busy maintaining her grades at an honor roll level. She plans to attend college in the fall as pre-med major. "My dream of becoming a doctor stemmed from my passion for helping people, especially children. A long term goal of mine is to work at St. Jude's as a pediatric oncologist."
Caroline has been a member of the cheer team for the past three years and has worked on the choreography for a state competition routine. She loves to attend gymnastics to work on her tumbling skills.
In her spare time, Caroline enjoys ice skating, reading, drawing, but especially spending time with close friends and family. She loves to have movie nights which includes snacking out on popcorn and chocolate! When not with friends and family you can find her napping and snuggling with her beagle puppy, Sam. She also enjoys traveling and seeing new places, but the best part of traveling for her is coming home. She believes, "home really is where the heart is."
"I have never competed in a pageant before which had made my experience so exciting. It was an honor being able to meet all of the beautiful contestants. I look forward to representing Wyoming as Miss Wyoming Teen USA 2010 and hope to make a difference in my community."
Caroline has received so much support from her Mom, Dad and her sister Allie. She believes they are why she made it this far because of their love and continual encouragement.
